Course of interventions
The intervention is always preceded by a interview with the entrepreneur to define the nature and scope of the mission. The goal is to set specific goals to be achieved.
Depending on the nature of the mission, it may include phases of HR audit, industrial or commercial.
ARCH Conseils favors quick interventions on well-targeted topics rather than "river actions" too general.
The action of ARCH Tips is never isolated. We involve as much as possible all the external and internal resources necessary for the proper functioning of the intervention.
